Purpose and use of the data

STAFF PICK
· Management of the data of the curricula sent by the candidates in order to carry out personnel selection processes to cover the jobs required by the person in charge.
The data processed will be necessary to manage the candidates' CVs. Identification data (name, surname, postal address, telephone numbers, e-mail), personal characteristics data (marital status, date and place of birth, age, sex, nationality and others, excluding race, health or union affiliation data), academic and professional data (Degrees, training and professional experience).
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
· Management of the images collected by the cameras installed in the facilities of the person in charge in order to guarantee the security of said facilities and of the goods and people who access or carry out their work in them.
· On the other hand, and in reference to video surveillance in the work environment, it should be noted that the Controller may process the data obtained through camera or video camera systems for the exercise of worker control functions provided for in article 20.3 of the Workers' Statute, provided that these functions are performed within its legal framework and with the limits inherent to it.
